Born2Di is such a great name. I was sitting with my good friend Born2Di, a St. Louis Christian rap artist, just catching up with one another. We talked about ministry, life, God’s direction in our lives, etc. etc. At one instance, we came to a point where we started talking about college campus ministry. He said that it had a HUGE impact in his life as he started to walk vibrantly with the Lord during his college days.
He also said that it is such a daunting task for all campus ministers to raise their own financial support.
As I think about God’s provision, 1 King 17 keep coming to mind. God calls Elijah to travel to Zarephath, but He had already prepared provision for Elijah. God provides for the widow who in turn provides for one of God’s servants. In the end BOTH are blessed and all the GLORY goes to the Lord.
I am looking around in my room right now. Everything that I own, God has provided. The only response that I have is to worship Him and exalt Him for ALL of His goodness.
